Beautiful Czech Glass Buttons

These glass buttons are made individually by hand in the Czech Republic. They come in so many colors and can be used for so much more than garments.
You can remove the loop from the back and make earring or cufflinks.
They can be attached to a key chain or used for making bracelets.
They come in all colors of the rainbow.
These are made by a family that has been working in glass for generations.
The picture below is the gentleman who actually makes these. You can see our entire selection in our Etsy shop here.

Old Store Stock Ribbons & Trims

Old store stock and vintage trims aren't just for sewing projects anymore! You can use them for ornament making, scrapbooking. journals - the sky is the limit.
Metallic trims are some of our favorites.
The smaller trims can be applied to paper crafts, as well.
Old store stock trims can add a special touch to towels, curtains and clothing and costumes, too! We have tons to choose from on our website and in our Etsy store.

Vintage Style Cotton Stripe Tea Towels

I loved these iron-on transfers featuring burros.

A good hand towel is a kitchen staple around here so we were thrilled to find two vintage styles to add to our shop. Woven of pure cotton, they're reminiscent of the 1920/30s flour sack towels and are lovely to use as-is or can be printed on or embroidered.

I chose one of each color to keep for myself and plan on doing a bit of south-of-the-border inspired embroidery. Towels are ironed and images are transferred! Now for a little color selection and handwork.

You can find these tea towels in our etsy shop by clicking here.

Fresh out of the dryer and ready to be ironed.

Waiting for their images to be transferred.
