More New Shop Additions: Wired Tinsel, Old Store Stock Lucite Buckles, Venise Lace Trims

Here are a few more things we've added to the shop this week. Above we have wired tinsel in fuchsia. This is wonderful for making ornaments, garlands and embellishing gifts and packages. We're also stocking it in turquoise, gold and silver.

Next we have new styles of venise lace rose bud trims in 4 styles and color ways. I love the pink and red one in the middle below.

Also in the mix are old store stock lucite buckles in 5 colors with glitter. These are just plain awesome! I think I'd use one on the handle of a purse as an unexpected accent piece. What would you do with one?

New Shop Additions: More Venise Lace

We just couldn't resist these tiny venise lace rose bud appliques and now stock several different colors (find them here). Aren't they adorable? The remind me so much of things I found in my grandmother's sewing stash many years ago.

They would be so sweet sewn on a baby's hat or booties, and have so many uses... doll making, card making, jewelry design, lingerie, costumes...

We also stock a yellow rose bud trim in slightly different hues.

New Shop Additions: Venise Lace

We're super excited about these venise lace pieces that we've just added to our shop. Dainty and soft with exquisite detailing, they make such lovely embellishments on everything from clothing to costumes to jewelry. With wedding season starting up, I can totally see a gorgeous bride's bouquet with the stems wrapped in delicate floral trim.

I can't decide which is my favorite trim... the flowers with leaves in white (above left) or the tiny rose buds in black (below right). My hands down favorite collar is definitely the pink one above.
