This isn't my cat, but he hangs around the house enough to have his own bowl, brush and favorite hiding places in the yard. We've named him Thomas, though across the street at his real home he has another name. As the weather warms up he's around more and more, lurking in ferns and waiting for birds at the bird bath. If he comes over and isn't seen right away he likes to stand on the arms of the patio furniture and meow until he's noticed and let in for a bowl of whipped cream.

Amanda, how funny to take that much care in the neighbor cat, and to give a different name. Thanks for stopping by to see my mosaic. I have made walkways and pathways with the flagstone and I love it, all but the weeds that get inbetween. I have also done patios in old recycled brick and I love them too. Have fun with your patio.
ReplyDeleteAwww! What a pretty cat. Whipped cream!! :-D
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful cat Thomas is. We have several cats here at our house and one just had kittens over the weekend. Thomas looks to be a sweet guest and spoiled as well.
ReplyDeleteHe certainly knows where to go to get spoiled. Thanks for sharing. Valerie
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! We have 2 stray cats coming over too since DH feeds them. I guess they keep the snakes away so I don't mind....Christine
ReplyDeleteI definitely won't let my cats Deja Mew and Purrsnickety read you post. They would be finding their way to your house for a spa outing. I love the center photo of Thomas. So quintessentially cat!
ReplyDeleteHe's a cutie and makes for a sweet mosaic. We have two catty neighbors ;) They were abandoned by their previous owners. We feed them, but thats it. We already have 4 cats. If we didn't have our own I'd spring for getting them fixed and shots...but vets are expensive. Maybe saome day I'll get rich! ;)
